Amber R.E. Dolman

Amber brings 20+ years of experience as a trusted legal advisor to her role as strategy architect and general counsel for the Soane family of companies.

​

Before joining Soane Materials, Amber was a partner at Goodwin, a top-ranked global law firm, advising companies and investors in various strategic transactions and corporate operations as Goodwin’s Fintech group co-chair.  During her years at Goodwin, Amber served as primary external legal counsel for the extensive portfolio of Soane-founded companies.

Amber then transitioned from her position as outside counsel to become both general counsel and strategic advisor for Soane Technologies, Soane Materials, and Carbogenesis.

As a vital member of the Soane management team, she combines her business experience and legal expertise to guide the companies as they develop their technologies and commercialize them.    

​

Amber has been named a “Super Lawyers Rising Star” and a “Top Woman in the Law.”

​

She received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. from the University of Western Ontario, where she was awarded the Gold Medal in Economics & Political Science. She also spent a semester abroad at the School of Business and Economics at Universiteit Maastricht.
