Kevin Roca’s past work experience as a compounding manager for Icebox Brands sparked his interest in Soane Materials. As a lab technician, his responsibilities include preventive maintenance of lab equipment and making modifications to existing equipment for specific testing needs. Working at Soane has inspired him in his role as a lab tech, as the R&D conducted here represents a step forward toward sustainability.
